  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full where payment was taken.

Delivery, returns, refunds, and our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own terms (such as expiry dates, minimum spend, and one-use-per-customer limits). We may modify or withdraw a promotion at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated.
